It was just a top selection for a day tour in Buffalo with incredible value for money. Checking in was smooth, but the front desk staff was not very helpful when we needed local tips. If you have kids, keep them entertained in the room. the hallways aren’t very kid-friendly.

We loved our stay at this hotel, especially the convenient location. It was an easy walk to Shea's Performing Arts Center, making our evening outing super enjoyable. The staff was attentive, and the rooms were cleaned to a decent standard, suitable for families.

My kids wished they had access to a pool to burn off some energy. A family-friendly pool would really be a great addition.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Buffalo. The location attracted me, close to restaurants and attractions. The staff was friendly and eager to help, which I appreciated. However, the hotel itself needs a facelift. The furniture looked worn, and some areas felt outdated. My room was reasonably comfortable but had maintenance issues. The shower was tricky. it didn’t turn on easily. I had to call for assistance. The elevators were another headache. Only two of three worked, leading to long waits. One night, I had to take the stairs to my room because I waited too long for an elevator. On a positive note, I enjoyed the pool area and the newly opened restaurant that served great food. Overall, I felt that the hotel could offer more considering the price but had elements I liked too.

i had a fantastic stay at the hyatt regency! the location was perfect for getting kids to their dance competition. the staff went above and beyond for bar exam candidates by providing water bottles, bags, and even had a microwave room. also, the 24-hour fitness center was great with top-notch equipment!

I had such a cozy stay in my King Room! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The beautiful hotel lobby added to that warm vibe. The staff truly went above and beyond, especially taking care of bar exam candidates—think water bottles and breakfast catered right!
